Electrical Certification and legal requirements

We can carry out any work that needs to be done to IET Wiring Regulations 17th Edition regulation standards, this applies to older fuse boxes that are old and out-of-date, needing to be replaced to make the property as safe as possible. We can provide electrical certificates for landlords and we’ll carry out a full electrical safety inspection on their behalf.
